Oh, that was a GOOD movie!

I'd read the book mebbe three years before I saw the movie, and found it strangely compelling... one of those I-read-it-over-a-long-weekend-and-regretted-I'd-read-it-so-quickly kinda books.

The movie left a LOT out... if you haven't read the book, check it out of your local library or see if your library has it on tape/CD (depending on what your vehicle has in the way of a player).
