Eh? "All knowing" and "just wanted to make sure" in the same sentence, about the same being? Those two phrases don't seem to me to be consistent with each other.

How does the Creator evaluate his creations? He knows what he wants, then lets them do their thing. Presumably Satan, once leader of the angels, got in trouble. It's the concept of Free Will, and God knows some of it will get in trouble.
