I don't what you're whining about. A lot more coverage by a lot more networks because a lot bigger audience was anticipated. Anticipation predicted well in advance of the speech. Anticipation fulfilled. Given Fox News' leanings to the right, it would have chosen NOT to cover the speech if that would have reduced the size of the audience. It didn't, and it wouldn't have. The fact is, Americans really wanted to hear Obama. Far fewer cared about what the Republican candidates had to say. And as far as LD's lead comment, Absolutely, Obama did indeed have to deliver it before Congress. What, have the coach pep talk the audience instead of the players? Nonsense.
