There was an article I read today that claimed that Roger Stone was behind the “write in Trump” movement. Supposedly, it’s part of a scheme by Stone to wangle a pardon by threatening to take the GOP down with him if he doesn’t get a pardon. Here ya go. This statement especially bothered me. It’s bad enough that a party is trying to blackmail its individuals but claiming to battle against constitutional guarantees should be very telling to most.

Ultimately I believe it will be difficult to control their narrative and many will not be aware they should no longer be voting for Trump should the demands be met. The attempt to undermine a governor and Secretary of State seem more like a coup than what is actually feared. | |||

Yeah, out loud is just scary! Best I can tell the answer to your question is both are being targeted. If somehow that was even legitimate and he got more than 50% of the votes I assume they’d want him in the Senate! Can you just see Mitch trying to deal with him? That’s almost worth changing Georgia law for! | |||

The right to vote is fundamental. And if Republican voters in Georgia want to write in Donald Trump for one or both of Georgia's Senate seats, who are we to stop them? Me too, but with a bit more liberal agenda it’s not going to be as easy as it should be. The wedge between liberals being too liberal and the conservatives being too conservative leaves a void for moderates to fill. Hopefully the moderates, for now will fee okay withe the dem candidates. Hopefully the turn out will be high. | |||

As I read this: https://apple.news/AWtnS4BemS9O1bR_NYZ5G_Q an article about Republican boycotting the Senate runoff, I can’t help but wonder if that skew would be used to “prove” that the voting machines caused the skew! Of course, it’s possible to know how many register Republican vs Democrats actually voted, just not how they voted! Seems to me the better tactic would be for Republicans to vote Democrat to attempt to show a problem with software | |||

If I don't comment on a thread, it's either because I don't understand what is being said, which is usually the case, or I do understand what is being said...and I am speechless. When anyone votes for trump, supports trump, re-votes for trump, thinks trump is a great guy, thinks that trump has great hair and is a sexy man, or has anything positive to say about trump, I'm speechless. Hopefully, they're serving up the all you can eat stone-crabs who had their limbs cut off only to be thrown back helpless into the Atlantic waiting for the net-people to sell the helpless creatures to the big bosses who pay minimum salaries while charging the highest prices. Just add some french-fries and offer fried diet-coke. Don't forget the cheap bread and butter...and push the appetizers, goddamit!!! HB | |||
