I hate to be such a priss about this, but I neeed to remind "some" of the need to keep our Aantares signatures on the smaller side. I've tried the private Topic route to make this point but some of the "some" apparently don't know or don't care about their Private Topics.

So I've gone in and manually changed the signature lines to comply.

Make it smaller, substitute a static .gif, or something... but ya'll gotta get under the limit as specified in my Signature Line Limit topic.

your signature is what's below the line and appears automatically on every post --- yours is "William", mine is the cheeky cliche quotes... some people have on every note huge signatures that end up being very large files (graphics-heavy, etc.) and as such screw up the system by taking up chunks of space

Starting today and continuing for, well, "forever"... your Aantares signature may include no more than TWO Aantares smilies and ONE small image no greater than 3k (3000 bytes) in size.

If you're unsure as to the size of an image you wish to include in your signature, right-click on the image and select "Properties"... the image's 'Size' is provided in # of bytes.

The dancing donkey .gif is 22,534 bytes in size. Aantares signatures can only have a max of 3,000 bytes in any/all graphic images.

That puts the jackasses some 19,000+ bytes over the limit.
