Has anyone tried one of Brazil's famous "churrasco" restaurants where waiters stroll around repeatedly with slabs of steak, lamb, pork and chicken? It's a meat-eater's extravaganza! There's also a salad bar. The "Fogo de Chao" (Fire In The Ground)Steakhouse chain, based in Brazil, now operates several restaurants in the U.S. I dined at the recently renovated Beverly Hills restaurant. The place is light and airy. The cocktail lounge has inside and outside sections. One of the more striking features was a tall wine rack rising like a vertical abacus. The meals (dinner and lunch) are not inexpensive, but you can be guaranteed a truly distinctive dining experience. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jack Adler, Host | ||
