This has been on my mind for some time so I thought I would toss it out.
I am not exactly new to this bb, but many of you have known each other for many many years and refer to each other by names that are neither their member name or signature name.

I am sure newer members may often wonder who is talking to who. So maybe referencing others with an on page name would be helpful.

What I am getting at is the use of other names by which long time members may know each other but newer members may not be familiar with.

 
Normally we refer to folks by their username or display name... this is the "name" that posts on their notes... "*CJ" is my username/display name.

However, many folks are also known by their regular names, either because it's been disclosed, or it's used as part of their signature, etc. My real/regular name is Elizabeth, which most people, especially those who've contributed to Aantares' upkeep, know.

Another for instance, Raksha usually signs her notes as "Linda," and most of us (I hope) know that Florida Righty is Charlie.

But back to your suggestion, John... I'm not sure I could actually mandate folks use one name or another, or not use one name or another, KWIM?

Just a suggestion to all CJ aka Elizabeth.
I think we sometimes forget that not every one has been around for a long period of time and many here even go all the way back to Prodigy.
