I really don't know where to put this so decided as it is quite diverse,why not stick it on this Diverse ? So -

Down in middle Africa right near the Nile in this real small Africa place that's called Kidika. It's run not by the old but by the young. Though it's still believes in olden times. But not always has it believed as such. For once when its ruler was quite young. She was only 11. Her government's Cabinet was run by 3 older men who had to be at least 40 years old. Her rule lasted only 3 years. But those 3 years were very remarkable for the first air fight was developed there.
Air, you question ? Good so I'll tell you a little but it. Kidika was a rubber country as rubber trees grew long and strong all over that small Nation making it one of the wealthiest Nations in all of Africa. But its kids just got tired of merely looking at all of their rubber trees so a few decided to do something about that. They quickly somehow made some useable rubber and made the first rubber balloon. Playing many made-up games with their new balloons they some got tired of those games.
But just then, Rockaloon, a neighboring Nation invaded Kidika and thing grew bad. So the kids said to each other, " Why not fly over the Rockaloon men and drop rubber nuts on them ? " But they had to develope how to do it ! They tired 3 balloons together and made one balloon heavy by putting rubber nuts in one and making on balloon light by sticking it in real light rubber juice so it floated real high. One balloon was heavy with the rubber nuts and one light with rubber juice. The main balloon was just perect so it floated over those bad soldiers from Rockaloon, pulled a rubber sting, dropping the rubber nuts onto the Rockaloon's GIs sticking all of them together. Therby winning that war. BUT - now hear this - Kidika's old ruler declared rubber trees were devil made so outlawed making them forever !

Air-travel - or not - was outlawed in all of Kidika - forever !

Can they use the rubber to bounce back from the lack of air travel?

Sorry - They haven't as yet developed " a back rubber " thingee. But having just deposed of their rubber king, their rubber parliament - I've been told - is going to hire their famous " Rubber Inventor " H.
